Group Play
Time
Does your dog have long, lonely days at home? Is watching the mail
man Fido’s main source of excitement? Do you come home to find
your favourite shoes chewed up and laid out for your approval? Your
dog is telling you that he is bored.
Our group adventure walks can solve your dog’s problems. They
are, not surprisingly, our most popular service and the back bone
of Play Time Pet Care. We offer an alternative to the doggie daycare
and kennel atmosphere. You can go to work and relax; knowing that
your pet will be tired and content when you get home.
After a complimentary meeting at your home with Play Time staff, your
pet is ready to embark on his first adventure. We offer both morning
and afternoon walks during the week to fit in with your busy schedule.
Weekend walks are also offered; usually around noon.
After picking up your dog and his
canine pals we head to the off-leash park. Although they are ready
to get the party started as soon as they see the park, they are on
their leashes to and from the truck. We know how important your pets
are. Safety is our number one concern…..followed closely by
having fun. While at the park every dog has his own agenda. Whether
your dog is a “sniffer”, an “obsessive-compulsive-ball-chaser”
or a “lounger“ he will not only love the daily outing
but the social interaction he experiences is priceless. After the
hour long adventure, the dogs are again leashed and walked back to
the truck where they are given some much deserved water. Your pet
is then returned to his home where he sleeps off his daily outing.
Individual Walks
We offer individual dogs for those who, for one reason or another,
need more personal attention and less social interaction while on
their walks. These walks are a great option for older dogs, aggressive
dogs or those with injuries. A Play Time walker comes to your home
for a complimentary interview to determine your pet’s specific
needs. Since the walk is with your dog(s) alone,
we can cater to specific requirements that your dog may have.
We come to your place, retrieve your pet from his slumber state on
the couch, and walk him around his own neighbourhood. The walks last
for one-half hour.
Pet Visits
We offer this service for those who are tired of asking grandma or
the next door neighbour to look after their cat or hamster when they
go away. It seems so many of us are stuck at the last minute and try
desperately to find someone to bring in the newspapers and water the
plants. Play Time Pet Care is there, last minute or not, to help you
out when you need your place and pets looked after. We are insured
and bonded with references available on request.
